ORCCA Welcomes AmeriCorps NCCC Team!
ORCCA is very excited to welcome Green Four, an AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps team to the South Coast! Green Four, a team of 9 individuals from around the U.S., is going to be providing support to many of ORCCA's programs, including the South Coast Food Share and local Head Starts. SCFS Urgently Needs Truck
The South Coast Food Share is in urgent need of a box truck or panel van to help keep children and families fed this month! The Food Share truck was in an accident and until insurance is processed, we will have difficulty delivering to the 32 pantries and meal sites in Coos and Curry Counties. If you or anyone you know might be able to help us, please contact Amanda D'Souza at (541)453-7080 ex 396 or email. We appreciate your help in keeping South Coast communities fed this winter!

K-Dock's Annual Bus Jam is coming up!
Help K-Dock to 'Load the Bus and Fill the Need' at the 10th Annual Bus Jam! Donations of new toys and non-perishable foods can be taken to both the Coos Bay and North Bend Bi-Marts on December 3rd from 10:00-3:00. You can also find a list of locations accepting early donations here. All donations and proceeds go directly to the South Coast Food Share and the Department of Health and Human Services to help Coos County families.
Keep People Well with Free Flu Shot Clinic
ORCCA has partnered up with Walgreens Pharmacy and the Department of Health and Human Services to set up Free Flu Shot Clinics for underserved individuals without health coverage. The shots will be administered at 2110 Newmark Ave, Room 228 and will take place:
November 29th 11:00 - 2:00
December 6th 11:00 - 2:00

Have Fun AND Support Youth Leadership!
ORCCA's community partner ORCOArts is benefiting from this month's Sip 'n Stroll. For $10, guests will receive a wristband and souvenir glass and can to sample wine and beers at participating businesses in downtown North Bend. Several restaurants will also be having dinner specials throughout the evening. The Sip 'n Stroll will take place on Friday, November 18th, begin at Engles Furniture, and run from 5:00-7:00. Thanks for supporting youth!
