Great Afternoons Bunco Bash!
Join us at Reedsport Eagles Club on Feb. 24 for a Bunco Bash to benefit ORCCA's Great Afternoons and Great Beginnings! Starting at 7:00pm, the event is Hawaiian themed, so come dressed for a luau bash! The cost is $30 for 5 fun games of bunco with fabulous prizes. A whole team can sign up or individuals can sign up to play at open spots. Space is limited, so sign up soon! Contact Chris (541-271-3926) or Delaine (541-271-9700) to sign-up. All proceeds go to benefit ORCCA's Great Afternoons and Great Beginnings childcare and pre-K programs.
4th Annual Quilt-A-Thon!
Love to quilt or looking to start? Bring your friends and join the Coquille Valley Quilters and help make quilts for children in need in Coos County! The 4th annual Quilt-A-Thon will be taking place Saturday, March 3 from 10:00am-4:00pm at Coquille Valley Art Center, located at 10144 Hwy 42 in Coquille. All of the quilts produced at the event will be given to the Sheriff's Department and the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Coos County for distribution to at-risk children in Coos County. SCFS Urgently Needs Truck
The South Coast Food Share is still in need of a box truck or panel van to help keep children and families fed! The Food Share truck was in an accident in November, and our deliveries to the 32 pantries and meal sites in Coos and Curry Counties are limited to our use of 1 truck and the Share Bear Bus. We appreciate your help in keeping South Coast communities fed this winter!
1st Annual Bridge to the Future Raffle!
The North Bend School Foundation is pleased to announce the launching of the First Annual Bridge to the Future raffle. Each ticket is $5 and awards include vacations, a Honda generator, Sears merchandise, Engels Furniture, Bandon Dunes golf, an IPAD, Southwestern Community College tuition, cash, and more! The winners will be drawn on March 8th at 5:00 pm in the Hall of Champions. Please join us for this unique opportunity to support North Bend School students and their schools.
