ORCCA has offered employees the opportunity to receive training on communications, conflict resolution, and has worked to develop organizational guiding documents such as the ORCCA Aspirations.

ORCCA has blossomed with green initiatives.  We have developed solar power for low-income houses and the Myrtle Point Food Share, and launched sustainability initiatives with the ORCCA staff.

In 2009, ORCCA added an Early Head Start program, allowing us to serve over 70 more children and their families each year.  Now, Head Start serves infants, toddlers, and pre-school age children!
