- 1 can Kidney Beans
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 block Tofu
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Lentils
- 1 Onion
- 1 cup Scallions
- 1 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 2 tsp Ginger
Directions
- Chop onion.
- Cut the block of tofu into small cubes.
- Thinly slice the scallions.
- In a sauté pan or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
- Add all ingredients, and stir together until lentils are soft.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
