Dear South Coast Food Share Member Agencies:
As of April 1st all warehouse food orders will be sent out and returned by fax.

Please remember the following when faxing back your order: 

1. Do Not leave any of the items on the form blank. If you do not want a particular product place a 0 in the box that indicates the number of cases.
2. Sign and date the bottom of the order form. "If we need to contact someone at your office about the order we must know who completed it."
3. Send you order back within 24 hours "or sooner"
4. Please leave your fax machine on so that you can receive food orders, food recall information and other important information.

If you still need a fax machine or if you are having problems receiving faxes call (541) 888-7024 and let us know. We will do our best to help you solve the problem.
