No, neither SCFS nor its partner agencies charge for food and sale of food is prohibited by Oregon Food Bank regulations. However, there is a shared handling/maintenance charge that partner agencies pay to SCFS, ranging from 14 cents to 18 cents per pound of food, which helps offset the cost of handling and delivery.
