A previous conviction does not necessarily make you ineligible to volunteer with ORCCA, depending on the nature of the charge. We encourage you to be transparent about previous convictions when applying to be a volunteer and also for any volunteer positions that deal with sensitive populations or information require background checks, and previous convictions might make you ineligible for those particular positions. All placement is at the discretion of the CEO.
