  1. Work in the South Coast Food Share warehouse
  2. Assemble snack packs to help feed hungry children
  3. Assist on food distribution days
  4. Organize a food drive at your work or club
  5. Coordinate a fundraiser in your area
  6. Represent ORCCA ‘s table at a fair or special event
  7. Grow produce in your garden for the hungry
  8. Speak on behalf of the emergency food program
  9. Dress up as the Share Bear mascot
  10. Work on projects at home
  11. Work as an intern or AmeriCorps member
  12. Work in the ORCCA offices- database entry, copying, filing, mass mailings and other special projects
  13. Help in the Energy Department—call clients to make appointments, enter appointments on the computer, take messages, help with the reception desk
  14. Help at a Head Start facility—in the classroom, doing clerical work, or as a cook assistant
  15. Become a child advocate for the CASA program
  16. Housing Assistance—database entry, copying, office work
