- The consent and liability waiver form must be turned in to ORCCA by March 15 in order to show that the parents gives their consent of the child participating in Community Action Adventure.
- The publicity release form must also be turned in to ORCCA by March 15. This allows ORCCA to take photos and video of the participants and use them for publicity purposes (website, Facebook, posters, etc.).
- The letter to the parents provides dates, times and descriptions of the service project and following activity.
