Not homeless but want to get involved?

We are looking for volunteers to help our community and some of its most vulnerable citizens.

Once a year, across the nation, our homeless neighbors are counted. These counts help us better understand homelessness and housing needs in our community.

Please donate a few hours of your day.

Volunteers are needed to:

  • Survey individuals experiencing homelessness

  • Provide incentives for participation

  • Collect and distribute supplies/donations

One hour training prior to the event is required for all volunteers.

Training dates:

  • Jan 22nd at ORCCA @ 6:30 PM (1855 Thomas Ave, Coos Bay)

  • Jan 23rd at the SCFS Warehouse @ 8:00 AM (225 La Clair St. Coos Bay)

  • Jan 24th at ORCCA @ 6:30 PM (1855 Thomas Ave, Coos Bay)

*Please check back for additional training dates in outlying communities

This event is Rain or Shine!
