 Andrew Bice; Chairperson Andrew Bice was raised in Myrtle Creek, Oregon and returned to the coastal region after dedicating over 20 years of his life to serving in the US Army. Following his retirement, he embarked on a mission to explore non-profit Veteran Support Organizations, seeking a meaningful way to give back. |  Sam Baugh, Board Memeber Samuel Baugh has an MBA from Westminster College and is the Community Engagement Manager for Advanced Health. Mr. Baugh has over 15 years' experience working in government and Non-Profit settings and has a passion for improving the quality of life in his community. He has been married to his wife, Andrea, for over 20 years, has 3 children, and has been a Certified Resource (Foster) Parent and is currently doing respite care when needed. |  Raymond Ahumada, Board Member Head Start Policy Council Representative Raymond Ahumada has lived in Bandon for the past eight years now but is originally from Arizona. Raymonda is a proud father of nine children and is excited to help in our community any way he can. |

 Joshua Davis-Johnson, Board Member Joshua Davis-Johnson has been on the ORCCA Board of Directors since January of 2024. Joshua grew up in the town of Myrtle Point, attending Southwestern Oregon Community College after graduating and achieving his AS in Accounting in 2022. Joshua lives with his daughter and wife in Coos Bay and enjoys serving his local community and the other rural communities of Oregon, by also being a member of the ROCC Board. He works as the Grant Manager at AYA. |  Reverend Don Ford, Board Member Don joined the board in the Summer of 2021. He earned a BA in PE and Math from the University of the Redlands and was voted into the University's Hall of Fame for Football and Track and Field. He has served his community as a pastor for 29 years, and his strong values and ethical sentiments have translated into a commitment towards synergy and teamwork between all agencies. |  Lorin Kessler; Vice Chairperson |
 Leslie Thompson; Board Secretary Leslie Thompson is a lifelong Coos County resident, born and raised right here in Coos Bay. She has a passion for her community, the surrounding areas, and seeing them thrive. As a former housing case manager for ORCCA, she brings hands-on knowledge to her position with the board. She continues to build her experience working with varying non-profits in both case management and housing development roles. |  Simon Alonzo; Board Member |
