All permanent Full-Time employees enjoy Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, Life, Retirement, & other voluntary benefits. Dental, Vision, & $10,000 of Life Insurance are fully paid for by ORCCA with a shared medical premium for the employee only.

 

Employees also earn a contribution of 6% of earnings to a 403b Retirement plan after 1 year of employment and meeting specific hour requirements.

Our staff have various training opportunities, professional development, and potential tuition reimbursement related to coursework while employed depending on the program and funding. 

central background registry

Federal Head Start and State Child Care Licensing require that staff and volunteers 18 years or older employed or volunteering must be registered with the Early Learning Division’s Central Background Registry (CBR).

 

There is no fee to enroll in the CBR and there is no fee for Fingerprinting.

 

Enrollment must occur prior to a new employee’s hire date, and before any trainings can take place. It is highly recommended that any applicant wanting to work in any childcare setting enroll in the CBR as soon as possible.

  5. Upload complete application and required documents. Application is required for all positions. Some positions have specific requirements to be considered.
