What we offer our staff
At ORCCA, we offer; Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, 403b Retirement, Life, and other voluntary benefits. You will be eligible for these benefits on the 1st of the month following 60 days of Full-Time employment.
All permanent staff earn various forms of paid time off.
We currently cover 91% of insurance costs for the employee only. Coverage for dependent children is available and is covered solely by the employee. Spousal coverage for medical is currently not offered.
We cover 100% of Vision insurance costs for the employee only. Spousal and dependent children coverage is available and is covered solely by the employee.
After 1 year of employment and specific hours requirements are met, we will currently contribute 6% of your earnings to a 403b Retirement plan. You have the option from your 1st date of employment to contribute to your own plan every pay period.
We also offer Short Term Disability, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Critical Care, Hospital Confinement, and Accident coverage which is solely covered by the employee.
Employee Assistance Program
EAP is a free and confidential benefit that can assist you, your dependents, and household family members with any personal life problems, large or small. This is available to all staff, regardless of status.
We cover 100% of both Dental insurance costs for the employee only. Spousal and dependent children coverage is available and is covered solely by the employee.
Flexible Spending Account
We currently offer both a Medical FSA as well as a Dependent Care FSA
We currently cover a $10,000 Life Insurance policy for the employee only. You have the option to buy additional insurance, which is solely covered by the employee.
Paid Time Off
Full Time & Part-Time staff earn Sick, Vacation, & Float leave, as well as 11 paid holidays off.
On-Call staff earn sick leave only.
Dependent on each program and their funding, we do offer tuition reimbursement if course work is related to your job position, and it is approved by the applicable parties.
